Optimise is a small, specialist company. Our two Directors have more than 25 years' experience in the global consulting houses and are recognised experts in strategic change and business transformation.

Over and above our extensive client base, this is reflected in our relationships with strategic change experts and academics, policy leaders and executive advisers at Oxford University, Aston University, NHS Employers, the King's Fund and others.
