Established in 2003 by its two owning directors, Optimise is a well-established, £multi-million business based in Edinburgh, operating across the UK.
Our Directors have deep change management experience having worked with many clients across the financial services, retail, energy and public sectors.
These include Barclays, APAX partners, Sainsbury's, Pilkington Glass, Woolwich, Shell, United Utilities, Aviva, Thales, Boots, Royal and Sun Alliance, Ministry of Defence, Department Social Security, Santander, Centrica, British Rail, and many more.
Recently, we have chosen to focus efforts to develop and test the Listening into Action (LiA) approach in the tough proving ground of the NHS.
We have helped CEOs and clinical leaders to deliver desired business outcomes in one of the most complex 'systems' in the world, facing some of the most challenging financial and operational pressures in its 60 year history. Our NHS clients have included more than 70 NHS Trusts, the Department of Health, several Strategic Health Authorities, and the Institute for Innovation and Improvement.
Based on the great success of LiA in the healthcare sector, Optimise is now opening up its marketplace again to include all relevant industry sectors where the need to engage and empower staff is critical to the future success of the enterprise. This leverages both the LiA approach and the extensive experience of our Directors.
