Listening into Action

 

Optimise developed the widely adopted 'Listening into Action' approach for engaging staff around delivery and ownership of better outcomes.

'Listening into Action' is a pragmatic and sustainable approach to re-connect with staff and support new, engaging ways of working at the frontline. More than 50 local organisations were involved in co-designing and testing the approach during 2007/8.

 

We help to embed the staff engagement approach in pioneering organisations to underpin a fundamental shift in ways of leading and working. Proactively led by the Chief Executive and Clinical Directors, owned by the staff who work there, with ‘behind the scenes’ expert support and input by Optimise.
